The benefits of our Homeowners Association:

One of the best things about living in Trillium is you can relax knowing your community will keep on looking as beautiful as the day you first saw it. That's because your Homeowners Association (HOA) dues help pay for maintaining your community's common areas and amenities. Not only does that help protect your property values, it ensures you'll always be proud to call Trillium your home.

Common Questions

How is the governing board structured?
The board consists of three Developer members and is Developer controlled. As the community continues to mature and more residents move in, Developer Members will transition off the board and Resident Members will fill those seats.

Does the Association have a reserve fund?
Yes. Reserve funds are maintained for future repair and replacement of assets that the HOA has long-term responsibility for, and are essential to a successful community. Reserves do not fund everyday expenses or more routine needs; the operating fund serves that.

How often are Association fees increased?
The Board reviews the budget annually as part of the development and adoption of the budget and it is adjusted as the costs of goods and services required by the membership are considered and determines what increase, if any, is necessary.

Does the Association maintain all the amenities?
Yes, the Association maintains all amenities at Trillium.

Does the Association have a community newsletter or intranet site for residents?
The Association provides a website that includes the official Association business and account information.
