Common Questions

How is the governing board structured?
The governing board is comprised of 3 Pulte employees and governance of the HOA will be turned over to the residents upon full build out of the community.

What committees contribute to the governing board?
An Architectural committee comprised of Pulte employees supports the board.  Other committees may form based on homeowner interest. Examples are: Safety Committee, Newsletter, Party Planning Committee, etc.

Does the HOA have a reserve Fund?   
Yes. The HOA has a reserve fund.

How often are HOA fees increased?
Dues are evaluated annually, and raised only when necessary based on reviewing budgets for the next year  We attempt to give a one year notice to dues being raised.

Does the HOA maintain all the amenities?
The HOA maintains all common areas, including landscaping, stormwater control devices, and monuments as well as the pool, cabana, and open space.

Does the HOA have a community newsletter or intranet site for residents?
There is no newsletter or intranet site.
