How is the governing board structured?
Our board currently has 3 Developer Members and will turnover to a fully run resident board at the "Declarant Resignation Event" where it will be run by no less than 3, no more than 5 residents.
What committees contribute to the board?
A Social Events Committee and an Architectrual Review Committee contribute to the board. Routine surveys to residents are performed by Mangaement for functions and parties.
How often are HOA fees increased?
From previous histroy HOA fees increase 2-4% annually.
Is Community Reserve funding collected?
Yes for Capital Projects in the community.
